We are committed to helping our customers meet the data subject rights requirements of GDPR.

Conscious Pet Sitter processes and stores all personal data using fully vetted, DPA-compliant vendors. We retain all conversation and personal data for up to six years unless your account is deleted. In that case, we securely dispose of all data following our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and we will not keep it longer than 60 days.

We understand that if you work with EU customers, you need to provide them the ability to access, update, retrieve, and delete their personal data. We’ve got you covered! Our system has been designed as self-service from the start, always giving you access to your data and your customers’ data.
